in product description). We will take care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely
and safe delivery. Unisource Media
backs all of its products with a 30 day money-back guarantee, subject to terms conditions
outlined below, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase or receive broken/defective
times.
All products are nonrefundable once opened, unless damaged or defective, in which case the
pruct will be exchanged for the exact same product(s).
Under no circumstances will Unisource Media
be obligated to honor any return or broken/defective item requests made more than 30 days
after the day the order was shipped.
Broken/Defective Items
Items that are found to be broken and/or defective upon delivery or initial use will be
exchanged for the same product(s) at no cost to the customer. If the product is no longer
in stock, Unisource Media will issue a
full refund for the product. Unisource Media
reserves the right to inspect and verify that item(s) are broken/defective prior to
issuing a refund.
Unisource Media will arrange to pay
shipping costs (within the Continental USA only) associated with returning
broken/defective item(s). Please call Customer Service at (949) 3667-1710 prior to
returning your item to arrange for shipping. Unisource
Media will NOT pay shipping costs that are not pre-arranged.
